Youth Fitness

The lifestyles of today’s youth have undergone enormous change. Junk-food diets, the attraction of television, computers, and video games, and a reduction in the number of hours of physical activity have created an epidemic of childhood obesity and related health problems.  Lack of physical activity is one of the biggest threats facing young people today, since unhealthy kids tend to grow into unhealthy adults.  Youth fitness is considered one of our top priorities and believe it’s more important than ever to educate them about the benefits of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.  Through knowledgeable supervision we focus on the importance of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and nutrition, while making fitness safe,  rewarding, and fun.
