Virtual Training is an e-mail and phone consulting based, interactive training program designed to provide our busiest clients as well as people in remote areas with access to the expertise, attention, and flexibility needed to achieve their health and fitness goals. We personally design fitness programs that take into consideration a clients age, sex, weight, height, body type, activity level, goals, availability and injuries.
